George Faught, Chief Executive Officer, Director
George Faught is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of senior management experience. He has served as the Chief Financial Officer of publicly traded companies in the natural resources, financial services and pharmaceutical industries. Mr. Faught has broad financial management, corporate development and operating experience and from 1999 to 2005 served as the Chief Financial Officer for North American Palladium Ltd., a mid-tier platinum group metal producer. Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Hudson Bay Mining & Smelting Co. Ltd., an integrated base metals producer, and William Resources Inc., an international gold producer. He also serves as a director of several public companies in the resource sector.

David Stein, President & Chief Operating Officer, Director
David Stein was most recently a senior partner at Cormark Securities Inc., where he was a gold mining equities analyst, director and member of the executive committee. Mr. Stein joined Cormark's predecessor Sprott Securities Inc. in 2001 and was a publishing analyst for nine years, as well as gaining experience with corporate finance and marketing. Mr. Stein holds a Master of Science degree in Economic Geology and Bachelor of Applied Science in Geological Engineering from Queen's University, and is a CFA charter holder.

Richard Bishop, Vice President, Investments
Mr. Bishop is a Mining Engineer that joined Aberdeen from RBC Capital Markets, where he was a gold mining equities analyst covering exploration and development stage mining companies. Mr. Bishop brings industry experience in gold, molybdenum, titanium, tungsten, and phosphate, having worked for Mosaic, Iluka Resources, Freeport McMoRan, and Barrick Gold. Mr. Bishop holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from Virginia Tech, and a graduate certificate in Mining Engineering from the European Mining Course in Finland, England, Germany, and the Netherlands.

Ryan Ptolemy, CGA, CFA, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Ptolemy is a certified general accountant and CFA charterholder. Mr. Ptolemy currently serves as CFO to a number of public companies in the mining sector. From August, 2005, to September, 2009, Mr. Ptolemy was at an independent investment dealer in Toronto, most recently serving as CFO, where he was responsible for financial reporting, auditing, budgeting and internal controls.
