Sagres Energy offers world class exploration potential in both Jamaica, Guyana and provides a low risk, high growth development platform through its recent acquisition of two bid round blocks in the Putumayo basin, Colombia. Sagres is in the early stages of corporate value growth and is focused on multiple drill ready, high impact PSC’s in Jamaica. These PCS’s are held 100% by Sagres, cover an area in excess of 8000 square km and the Company is currently seeking JV partners for a planned drill campaign in 2011. In concert with Canacol Energy, Sagres has recently initiated its drill campaign in Guyana. The block consists of 7800 square km and covers most of the Takuta basin, onshore Guyana. This well offsets the historical Karanambo discovery.
